O Grupo Garland inaugurou, este sábado, com a presença do Presidente da República, o novo Centro Logístico na Maia, um projeto que representa um investimento global de 8 milhões de euros implantado num terreno de 25 mil m2 junto às atuais instalações da Garland na Zona Industrial da Maia, este edifício tem uma área bruta de armazenagem de 12 mil m2, com uma altura de 12,5 metros e 23 cais de carga e descarga.
