The 10th Annual Charity Golf Tournament & Gala Dinner, Vilamoura: LOOKING BACK AND LOOKING FORWARD
It was in 1998 that a group of golfers first got together in Vilamoura to raise money for local charities. Since then, each year at the end of January, golfers compete in a Stableford Pairs Better Ball tournament, now held on the world wide acclaimed Victoria Clube de Golfe, which hosted the recent PGA World Cup. The golf is always a sell out and the day ends with gala dinner and show at the Vilamoura Casino. Not only does this round off the event perfectly, it gives non-golfers the opportunity to join in the fun and support the cause. The astonishing amount of €350,000 has so far been raised.
