The British-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the next Business Breakfast in the Algarve: “Golden Visa - Algarve’s new golden opportunity?”:

Golden Visa has been a success in Portugal since the programme was created.
Lisbon and Oporto are a great example of that. The real estate market is growing very fast and at this moment this kind of assets are less and the prices are getting higher and higher.
So, the next potential big market for the candidates to Golden Visa investments would be the Algarve. Better opportunities concerning the price per square meter and great quality of life that the Algarve has to offer.
Why has the Algarve not seen the demand considering that it has what a golden visa buyer is looking for? Is this more down to marketing efforts from the agents in the area? As the supply of properties in the cities is becoming less will the agents from the cities bring their clients to the Algarve? Does the region need to work together as they have done in other areas of Portugal to bring the buyers to the Algarve?

The session will allow our members ample time to discuss these and other questions they might have, but also to share their experiences and learn from each other.  As usual there will also be ample time during and after the session for our members to network and engage with the speaker on matters of interest!
