If you wish to establish commercial contacts directly with Portugal or the UK, you can benefit from this service. It consists in researching contacts and information related to your targeted sector of activity in Portugal or the UK.
Description of the service:
Basic company contact, in its activity sector (i.e. importers, exporters, agents, distributors). It includes name, address, telephone, fax, e-mail, and website address when available.
Price:
Members – Free up to 15 contacts;
01-50 companies - € 1, 5 + VAT / each contact;
51-100 companies - € 1, 00 + VAT / each contact;
101 + companies - € 0, 75 + VAT / each contact;

Direct Mailing
Are you looking for direct contact with Portuguese or British companies or a new sales partnership? Does your company lack the necessary resources to acquire new business partners? The Chamber can offer you a professional solution through our direct mailing service.
Description of the service:
Introduce your company and your products by letter/e-mail/fax enclosing product catalogue and any information you believe to be essential to the presentation (pamphlets, promotional material, etc). Follow-up on this first contact by fax or/and phone. A final list will be then produced including only those companies who show an interest in your company and products.

Commercial Introductions
Are you a manufacturer of high quality products and you wish to enter the Portuguese or British Market? Are you looking for a Portuguese or British business partnership and do you want to introduce your company “in loco”? Our commercial mediation can be the solid basis for your future cooperation.
Description of the service:
Draw up a specific list of companies within the activity sector requested. Introduce your company and your products by letter/fax/e-mail enclosing product catalogue and any information you believe to be essential to the presentation. Follow-up on this first contact by fax or/and phone. Produce a final list of only those companies who show an interest in your company and products.
Prepare a visit to those potential business partners. Schedule meetings, make hotel reservations, car hire, interpretation/translation, etc. Should you prefer the Chamber may represent your company at these meetings.

The amounts quoted are exclusive of 21% VAT. Our minimum invoicing value is € 25, 00. All non-member companies have to make advance payment, either by cheque or bank transfer. For the “Direct Mailing” service, the weight of the letters cannot exceed 350gr and the e-mails 1MB. Our services are provided in a thorough and professional manner, however we cannot accept responsibility for dissatisfaction of a client on the contacts acquired or future progress of business relationships.
